为掌握松江县小学生的精神卫生问题,对本县岳阳小学1823名小学生进行儿童精神卫生问题的流行学调查。结果发现有精神卫生问题150人,占8.2%;智力低下12人,占O.7%,多动症168人,占9.2%,儿童行为量表中交往不良、社会退缩、多动、攻击、违纪、不成熟、敌对性退缩、分裂样强迫因子,智商<90组的因子分高于智商≥90组的因子分。智商与儿童行为量表中多动、攻击、违纪、分裂样强迫因子有高度的相关性。结论:儿童精神卫生问题可直接影响儿童的学习,必须对这些儿童进行综合处理。
In order to grasp the mental health problems of primary school students in Songjiang County, 1823 primary school students in Yueyang Primary School were investigated for the prevalence of mental health problems in children. The results showed that there were 150 mental health problems, accounting for 8.2%; mental retardation 12, accounting for O.7%, ADHD 168, accounting for 9.2%, children’s behavior scale poor communication, social withdrawal, hyperactivity, attack, discipline, Immature, hostile withdrawal, split-like forced factor, IQ <90 group of factors higher than IQ ≥ 90 group of factors. IQ and child behavior scale hyperactivity, attack, discipline, split-type coercion factor has a high correlation. Conclusion: Child mental health issues have a direct impact on children’s learning and must be dealt with in an integrated manner.
