调制型直流放大器有着非常广泛的应用.目前调制器用得较多的还是机械的,机械调制器通常有着寿命较短、速度较慢、不能经受较剧烈的震动等缺点,而且要制作一个接触良好、漂移较小的机械调制器也较困难.近年来对晶体管调制器的研究已引起了人们的兴趣.本文对国产合金结晶体管的开关特性进行了实验研究,并且做成了一个晶体管调制型直流放大器.
