本文依据人眼的对比灵敏度,探讨了刀口阴影检验的灵敏度问题。一个待检的会聚波面可简化为具有最接近波面的等价凹球面。故文章以检凹反射镜为例,推导了刀口阴影检验的灵敏度表达式并定量地计算了常用的不同狭缝光源及星孔光源的检验灵敏度,分析了影响灵敏度的主要因素。文章最后讨论了灵敏度在定心上的应用,指出了用刀口阴影检验定心时,几个须注意的实际问题。
Based on the contrast sensitivity of the human eye, this paper discusses the sensitivity of knife-edge shadow test. A convergent wavefront to be examined can be reduced to an equivalent concave sphere with the closest wavefront. Therefore, taking the concave concave mirror as an example, the article derives the sensitivity expression of the knife shadow test and quantitatively calculates the test sensitivity of the commonly used slit light source and the star light source, and analyzes the main factors affecting the sensitivity. Finally, the article discusses the application of sensitivity in centering, and points out some practical problems that need to be noticed when using edge-shading to test centering.
