使用通用的计算流动软件Star-CD,对具有螺旋进气道的135系列柴油机采用四种不同燃烧室时的进气和燃烧过程进行数值模拟,并对结果进行对比研究.柴油机燃烧室包括偏心ω燃烧室、长脖ω燃烧室、双ω燃烧室,及作为标定用的平顶燃烧室.计算结果表明:采用偏心ω燃烧室时具有相对最高的缸内平均温度、缸内压力和燃油蒸发率.分析结果认为,135系列柴油机采用偏心ω燃烧室时具有相对好的燃烧效果和工作性能.
Star-CD is used to simulate the intake and the combustion process of 135 series diesel engine with spiral inlet when four different combustion chambers are used, and the results are compared.Diesel combustion chamber includes eccentric ω Combustion chamber, long-neck ω combustion chamber, double ω combustion chamber and a flat-top combustion chamber for calibration.The calculation results show that the relative maximum in-cylinder average temperature, in-cylinder pressure and fuel evaporation rate The result of the analysis shows that the 135 series diesel engine has relatively good combustion effect and working performance when it adopts eccentric ω combustion chamber.
