为研究拉杆组合转子的动力学特性并比较其与整体式转子的差异,基于集总参数法,提出了一种拉杆组合转子动力学建模的方法.该方法通过对整体式转子梁模型抗弯刚度的修正,可以考虑接触、预紧力和拉杆等因素的影响.首先分别分析了这3个因素对等效梁静态抗弯刚度的影响,给出了相应的修正系数.研究结果表明:接触界面和拉杆对轴段抗弯刚度的影响很大,而轴向预紧力的影响较小.然后,针对一模化实验拉杆组合转子,计算了各轴段的修正系数并建立了动力学模型.其临界转速计算值和实验结果吻合,误差仅0.8%,表明了方法的正确性.研究可为其他组合式结构的动力学分析和设计提供参考和借鉴.
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the combined rotor of the tie rod and to compare the difference with the integral one, a method for modeling the dynamics of the tie rod assembly rotor is proposed based on the lumped parameter method. The correction of the stiffness can consider the influence of the contact, the pre-tensioning force and the tie rod, etc.Firstly, the influence of these three factors on the static bending stiffness of the equivalent beam is analyzed and the corresponding correction coefficients are given.The results show that: The influence of the interface and the tie rod on the flexural rigidity of the shaft section is great, but the influence of the axial preload is small.After that, the correction coefficient of each shaft section is calculated and the dynamic model .The calculated value of critical speed agrees well with the experimental result, and the error is only 0.8%, which shows the correctness of the method.The research can provide references for the dynamic analysis and design of other combined structures.
