为全面落实大连市“十二五”教师培训规划的工作要求,进一步深化西岗区构建“学习者课堂”研究,创新学校的教师队伍培训模式,提高教师的专业化水平,我校确立了“问题促研究,学习促领悟、督导促实效,反思促发展”的校本研修思路,运用“日常化研究、精细化管理、科学化实施、标准化建档”等策略,创造性地开展案例分析型教学研究活动,突出特色,形成风格,推动校本研修工作有效开展,提升了教师的研究水平和驾驭课堂的能力。
In order to fully implement the work requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan for Teacher Training in Dalian City, we further deepen the study of constructing “Learners Classroom” in Xigang District, innovate the training mode of teachers in schools and improve the professionalization of teachers.
