“英语教学法”是主要培养中学英语老师教学技能的一门学科,这门学科在师范类院校中是一门重要的必修课。在现有的英语教学法课程中,仍存在着许多不足,如课程设计单一、教学理念陈旧、教学方法枯燥、实习评估传统落后等。然而英语教学法课程的最终目标是培养教师的职业能力,所以完善英语教学法课程改革,建立新型的、富有教育意义的、科学的教学法课程是当今师范类院校的一项首要任务。 “English Teaching Method ” is a discipline that mainly cultivates the English teachers’ teaching skills in secondary schools. This discipline is an important compulsory course in normal colleges and universities. In the existing English teaching method, there are still many deficiencies, such as a single curriculum design, obsolete teaching philosophy, teaching methods boring, trainee assessment tradition behind. However, the ultimate goal of the English pedagogy course is to cultivate teachers’ professional ability. Therefore, improving the pedagogical reform of English pedagogy and establishing a new pedagogical and pedagogic pedagogy course is a top priority of today’s pedagogical institutions.
