目的:研究金银花茎叶挥发油水蒸气蒸馏提取工艺,探索金银花茎叶开发应用的新途径。方法:以提取挥发油所得量为评价指标,首先通过单因素比较法对提取过程中的原料形态、液料比、浸泡时间、提取时间进行优化再通过采用正交实验比较法对提取方法进行进一步比较分析;采用GC-MS技术对提取的挥发油进行成分鉴定。结果:确立了金银花茎叶挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:金银花茎叶2cm节段、液料比10:1、浸泡2h、蒸馏10h,挥发油得率为0.0113%;GC-MS鉴定结果表明:提取的挥发油中含有26种成分,其中有机酸和有机酸酯含量较高,十六烷酸、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸甲酯、9,12-十八碳二稀酸乙基酯、十六烷酸乙基酯、亚油酸、二十五烷的含量分别为20.65%、9.16%、6.32%、5.09%、4.18%、4.12%。
Objective: To study the steam distillation technology of volatile oil from the stems and leaves of honeysuckle, and to explore a new way to develop and apply honeysuckle stems and leaves.
