人与文化是企业竞争力的源泉,是企业可持续发展的基本驱动力,文化管理是现代企业管理的最高境界。笔者在近几年的咨询实践中,带领管理咨询团队,帮助企业完成了《华为基本法》、《华侨城宪章》、《迈普之道》、《新奥企业纲领》、《白沙文化发展纲要》等一系列企业文化纲领性文件的起草,并将这些纲领性文件的起草作为一个文化建设的过程,让全体员工共同参与起草企业纲领,使企业上下对企业的使命、追求、核心价值观达成共识。为什么这些企业要通过上述方式来进行企业文化建设?回答这个问题,要先从中国企业可持续发展过程中所面临
