为了防治高冒区煤自燃灾害,采用传统的预防性灌浆是较好的办法,但常用的黄土浆和凝胶不适合大面积的高冒区灭火。基于大面积高冒区自燃发火现状和泥浆的性能特征,通过大量的实验研制出由黄土、粘土、水泥、结构添加剂、结构稳定纤维混合搅拌而成的L-C-C粘土聚合填充材料。实验研究了结构添加剂和结构稳定纤维对泥浆的影响,并确定了最佳添加量为:结构添加剂为土量的0.1%~0.2%,结构稳定纤维每升泥浆为4.5g。通过大量的实验和对比,最终确定了最优泥浆配比:粘土:黄土:水泥=20∶20∶1。现场应用实践表明,L-C-C聚合填充材料可以作为防治高冒区煤自燃的注浆材料。
In order to prevent and control high-risk coal spontaneous combustion disasters, the use of traditional preventive grouting is a better way, but commonly used loess slurry and gel are not suitable for large areas of high-fire zone fire. Based on the present situation of spontaneous combustion and the performance characteristics of mud in large area high-yielding areas, L-C-C clay polymer filler, which is made by mixing loess, clay, cement, structural additives and structurally stable fibers, has been developed through a large number of experiments. The effects of structural additives and structurally stable fibers on the mud were experimentally studied. The optimum additions were determined as follows: the content of structural additives was 0.1% ~ 0.2% of the soil, and that of the structurally stable fibers was 4.5g. Through a large number of experiments and comparisons, the optimal ratio of the mud is finally determined: clay: loess: cement = 20: 20: 1. Field application shows that L-C-C polymeric filler material can be used as grouting material to prevent spontaneous combustion of high-yielding coal.
