杜84块是曙一区超稠油主力含油区块,但目前普遍存在吞吐周期高、开发效果逐渐变差等问题。为了进一步提高杜84块超稠油的开发效果,在稠油油藏储层特征和原油渗流特性研究的基础上,通过数值模拟方法,优化了注入量、注入速度、注入次序、气体的注入比例、焖井时间、注入周期以及放喷速度等参数,预测了最佳开采方案。数值模拟研究表明:在杜84块采用先注N2再注CO2最后进行蒸汽吞吐开发方式开采,开发效果较好;注入参数为注汽速度为400t/d,注汽天数为5d,N2、CO2比例为1∶2,每周期注入蒸汽总量为2000t,吞吐周期时间为4个月,采液量为24m3/d,焖井时间为6d为最佳。
