Female patient, 82 years old, admitted to hospital with obsessive-companied left-sided weakness for 6 months due to progressive headache. Previously, no history of brain injury and seizures. Physical examination: no abnormal cranial nerve, left central and hemiplegic hemiplegia sensory dysfunction, lower extremity than the obvious. CT and MRI showed the right top of a larger, clear boundary, uniform high-density meningioma. 7.OF catheter right common carotid artery selective cerebral angiography confirmed the right side of the brain
