地下连续墙是一种基坑围护技术。由于它总是具有刚度和强度以及施工的机械化程度都很高,而劳动强度低等优点,被广泛应用于各类高层建筑、地铁等的深基坑围护之中。但是由于地下连续墙的施工工艺异常复杂,对技术性要求相当高、质量要求非常严,若操作不当就会发生如塌孔、夹层、渗漏等的问题。笔者以自己的理论知识和工作实践,阐述并分析了地下连续墙的各施工工序中所存在的技术要点及难点,提出针对性的解决意见,与同行们交流。
Underground diaphragm wall is a kind of retaining technology. Because it always has the rigidity and strength as well as the construction of a high degree of mechanization, and low labor intensity, is widely used in various types of high-rise buildings, subway and other deep foundation pit support. However, due to the extremely complex construction technology of the diaphragm wall, the technical requirements are quite high and the quality requirements are very strict. If the improper operation occurs, problems such as collapsing holes, sandwiches, leakage and the like occur. Based on my own theoretical knowledge and work practice, the author expounds and analyzes the technical points and difficulties in the construction process of the diaphragm wall, puts forward the pertinent suggestions and exchanges with colleagues.
