目的观察比较两种不同材料修复牙体大面积缺损的效果。方方法将100例(125颗牙)需要进行牙体大面积缺损修复的患者分成实验组和对照组,分别采用玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复和金属铸造桩核修复,比较两组的修复效果。结果 1年后,实验组在修复体完整性、颜色匹配性和边缘适合性上均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访2年后,实验组成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维桩是一种理想的桩核材料,具有比金属桩核更好的修复体完整性、颜色匹配性和边缘适合性,修复成功率高,还有良好的生物相容性及稳定性,可以为患者提供满意的美学修复效果。
Objective To observe and compare the effect of two different materials on repairing large area defect of tooth. Methods One hundred patients (125 teeth) who needed to repair large dental defects were divided into experimental group and control group. The repaired glass fiber post and metal post were used to compare the healing effects of the two groups. Results After 1 year, the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of restoration integrity, color matching and edge suitability (P <0.05). After 2 years of follow-up, the success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The fiber post is an ideal post core material with better prosthesis integrity, color matching and edge fit than the metal post core, high repair success rate, good biocompatibility and stability, Can provide patients with satisfactory aesthetic restoration.
