介绍了隔膜电解乙锡的工艺,讨论了电解过程中电解液里Sn2+,Sn4+的变化规律和铁离子的累积速度.结果表明:阴极合金铅锡含量大于995%,锡、铅直收率约75%.
The process of electrolyzing ethylbenzene by diaphragm was introduced. The variation regularity of Sn2 +, Sn4 + and the accumulation rate of iron ion in the electrolyte were discussed. The results show that the lead-tin content of the cathode alloy is more than 99.5%, and the direct yield of tin and lead is about 75%.
