目的探讨裸磁粒子在不同实验条件下对常见食源菌的吸附效果,为进一步提高食(乳)品,以及水质中病原体污染的检出提供必要的前提条件。方法采用化学反应沉淀法制备裸磁粒子,以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌为实验条件选择用菌株;分别对常见食源菌进行吸附效果观察;采用裸磁粒子吸附后琼脂稀释法计数残留菌数,计算其吸附率。结果裸磁粒子用量在0.5ml和1ml时吸附率效果最好,平均吸附率分别为:99.17%、99.2%,说明随着用量的增加其吸附率也随之提高;作用时间结果在30~60min之间吸附率差异无统计学意义,对3种实验菌株的吸附率均可达97%以上;作用温度结果在室温(25℃)和37℃时对3种细菌的吸附率均可达到97%以上;对10种常见病原体的吸附效果显示均具有较高吸附率。结论裸磁粒子作为提高食源性污染菌检测的一种吸附载体,实验证实裸磁粒子对常见食源性细菌均具有较高的吸附率,为提高食(乳)品中污染菌的检出提供条件。
Objective To explore the adsorption effect of naked magnetic particles on common food source bacteria under different experimental conditions, and to provide the necessary preconditions for further improving the detection of food and dairy products and pathogens in water quality. Methods Naked magnetic particles were prepared by chemical reaction precipitation method. Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were selected as the experimental conditions. The adsorption effects of common foodborne bacteria were observed respectively. Count the number of residual bacteria, calculate the adsorption rate. Results When the amount of bare magnetic particles was 0.5ml and 1ml, the adsorption rate was the best, with the average adsorption rates of 99.17% and 99.2%, respectively. The results showed that the adsorption rate increased with the increase of the dosage. The reaction time was 30-60min The adsorption rates of the three kinds of bacteria were all above 97%. The results showed that the adsorption rates of the three kinds of bacteria could reach 97% at room temperature (25 ℃) and 37 ℃ Above; the adsorption effect of 10 common pathogens showed high adsorption rate. Conclusion Naked magnetic particles as an adsorptive carrier to improve the detection of food-borne contamination of bacteria, the experiment confirmed that the nuisance of magnetic particles on common food-borne bacteria have a high adsorption rate, in order to improve the detection of contaminated bacteria in food provide conditions.
