本文在分析了数字化变电站自动化系统特征、结构的基础上,讨论了建立系统通信网络的实际需要。智能电子设备(IED)是变电站综合自动化系统的关键二次设备,也是支持变电站向数字化进程迈进的重要因素,为解决IED设备间的通信问题,文章提出了基于IEC61850协议的IED建模方法,并结合实例介绍了在功率与能量测量、电能质量测量及其它诸如保护测量中所需要的数据类别、逻辑节点及数据对象。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and structure of the digital substation automation system, this paper discusses the practical need of establishing the system communication network. Intelligent Electronic Equipment (IED) is a key secondary equipment of substation automation system and an important factor to support the substation’s progress toward digitization. To solve the problem of IED equipment communication, IED modeling method based on IEC61850 protocol is proposed An example is given to illustrate the categories of data, logic nodes, and data objects required for power and energy measurements, power quality measurements, and other such as protection measures.
