对颜秋生等用高度无融合生殖的大黍与粳型水稻 0 2 4 2 8体细胞杂交的再生植株当代进行形态观察和胚胎学研究。初步发现体细胞再生植株穗部雄性不育 ,花药内仅具少量典败花粉或无花粉 ,由于迟化颖花形成的重颖壳的颖花频率为 2 7.8% ,融合子房率为 3.2 % ;多子房率为4 4 .8% ,多柱头率为 4 8.0 %。不仅观察到多胚珠和多胚囊现象 ,而且发现在正常胚囊内 ,极核启动发育和一些初生胚乳核的现象。珠心细胞发育普遍异常 ,同时观察到一珠心细胞团有形成原胚的迹象。

Not only the phenomenon of multiple ovules and polyembryons was observed, but also the development of polar nuclei and some primary endosperm nuclei were found in normal embryo sacs. Abnormal bead heart cell development, at the same time observed a bead of heart cells have formed signs of embryo.
