供求脱节是当前职教面临的一个突出矛盾 ,这一矛盾具体表现为课程与实际需要的不适应。本文试图从知识论的角度反思职教课程的适当性问题。先从书本知识的局限入手 ,揭示出知识的多种类型 ,并分析不同类知识内隐的和外显的特征及其转化 ,最后进一步阅明作为教育目标的学生心理知识的多样性 ,概括出知识的基本来源。这些分析有助于深入理解职业素质培养的实质 ,从而更加准确地把握职教目标 ,合理选择课程内容 ,拓宽教育途径
Disconnection between supply and demand is the current vocational education is facing a prominent contradiction, the concrete manifestation of this conflict between the curriculum and the actual needs. This article tries to reflect the appropriateness of vocational education curriculum from the perspective of epistemology.
