1986~1989年选用在全国利用面积最大的自交系Mo17和其姐妹系“豫20”进行玉米改良单交种的研究。据河南、四川省小面积试验和大面积制种的结果,用姐妹种(Mo17×豫20制种比用自交系制种可提高产量30%以上。对Mo17、“豫20”及其姐妹种的配合力测定结果表明,豫20的一般配合力高于Mo17与姐妹种,但Mo17与姐妹种之间的差异不显著。大面积生产的结果也表明,改良中单2号、改良丹玉13与其对应单交种的产量持平或略有提高,其主要农艺性状、整齐度、抗性也基本相同。
From 1986 to 1989, we studied the improvement of monoculture in maize using Mo17, the largest inbred line in China, and its sibling “Yu 20”. According to the results of small-area experiments and large-area seed production in Henan and Sichuan provinces, the yield was increased by more than 30% with the sibling species (Mo17 × Yu20) than with the inbred lines. The results showed that the general combining ability of Yu 20 was higher than that of Mo17 and sisters, but the difference between Mo17 and siblings was not significant.The results of large-scale production also showed that the improvement of Zhongdan 2 and improved Dan Yu 13 and its corresponding single cross-species yield flat or slightly increased, the main agronomic traits, uniformity, resistance are basically the same.
