目前,我国农民工流动就业数量在1.26亿人左右,其中进城农民超过1亿人。随着农村富余劳动力进城务工成为一种常态,国内劳务大省逐步将品牌经营理念引入本地扩大劳务输出、振兴劳务经济的战略规划中。这不仅促进了我国农村劳动力资源的优化配置,同时也成为推动区域经济发展、转型的重要力量。11月7日,全国劳务品牌展示交流大会在郑州召开,全国有29个省、自治区、直辖市劳动保障厅(局)组团参展,参展的劳务品牌及就业服务型品牌近300个,数百家大中型企业、人力资源机构代表与会观展,洽谈劳务合作。
