目的:研究EICU患者心理状态及人性化护理干预管理的方法。方法:选择2014年11月~2015年11月温州医科大学附属第二医院EICU收治的210例患者为研究对象。随机均分成对照组与观察组,对照组进行常规干预,观察组则行人性化护理干预管理,比较分析两组患者干预后焦虑心理评分。结果:与对照组相比,观察组在心理干预管理后,抑郁和焦虑的评分显著降低(P<0.05)。比较两组家属对护理服务的满意度,观察组为100.00%,对照组为94.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:EICU患者心理状态变化多样,且存在诸多负面情绪。实施针对性的人性化护理干预管理,能起到理想作用,其不仅能明显提高患者舒适度,改善其负性心理状态,还能有效提高家属满意度。
Objective: To study the psychological status of patients with EICU and humanized nursing intervention management methods. METHODS: A total of 210 patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from November 2014 to November 2015 were enrolled in this study. Randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group for routine intervention, the observation group were administered human intervention management, comparative analysis of anxiety scores after intervention in both groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were significantly decreased after psychological intervention management (P <0.05). Satisfaction of nursing service was compared between two groups of family members, the observation group was 100.00% and the control group was 94.00%, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The mental states of EICU patients vary greatly and there are many negative emotions. The implementation of targeted human intervention nursing management can play an ideal role, which can not only significantly improve patient comfort, improve their negative psychological state, but also effectively improve family satisfaction.
