长期以来,教师以儿童发展的阶段性为依据根据幼儿的年龄阶段特点制定教育目标和相应的教育方案,教师的眼光总是盯在孩子应当是怎样的,而不注意孩子实际上是怎样的。如:小班的幼儿在作画选用颜色时,只能用红、黄、蓝、绿色,如果有幼儿提出选用其他颜色作画,多数老师会说这些颜色我们以后再用,缺乏鼓励孩子探索的意识。通过十几年的教学经验,我总结以下几点以供其他教师在今后美术教学中借鉴。一、发掘幼儿发现美、表现美、创造美的潜能1.引导幼儿观察生活中的美,用不同手段进行美术创作,重视幼儿生活经验的积累。在美术活动中,教师要尝试引导幼儿用不同的媒介和
