研究了喷射成形制备的WC颗粒增强M2高速钢复合材料中WC颗粒的形貌变化、成分变化。结果表明,WC颗粒的形貌、成分发生了较大的变化,但显微硬度并没有发生明显的下降。WC颗粒增强MMCs的硬度明显高于喷射成形高速钢和铸锻高速钢。
The morphologies and composition changes of WC particles in WC high-speed steel composites reinforced by injection molding were studied. The results showed that the morphology and composition of WC particles changed greatly, but the microhardness did not decrease obviously. WC particles reinforced MMCs hardness was significantly higher than the spray-forming high-speed steel and cast forging high-speed steel.
