黑线姬鼠是野鼠型流行性血热(EHF)的主要传染源。该鼠自然感染EHF 病毒后,其病毒可泛嗜多个脏器,并从尿,粪和唾液中检测到EHF 病毒,但其排出规律尚不清楚。本研究用20只非疫区黑线姬鼠,以150ID_(50)/ml 的Hantaan 病毒,每只鼠腹腔接种1.0ml。接种后每5~7天从口腔、尿道、鼠尾和肛门分别取唾液、尿、血和粪,用反向间接血凝法检测EHF抗原及血液EHF 抗体。实验鼠唾液、尿、血和粪中EHF 抗原消失后三周处死,剖取心、肺、肝、脾、胃、肾、肾上腺和脑组织,每份标本一式二份分别观察EHF 病毒的感染情况和病理改变。
Apodemus agrarius is the main source of infection of volar murine fever (EHF). The natural infection of EHF virus in mice, the virus pan-addicted to multiple organs, and urine, feces and saliva detected EHF virus, but its discharge is unclear. In this study, 20 non-infected Apodemus agrarius mice were immunized intraperitoneally with 150 ml (50) ml Hantaan virus. Saliva, urine, blood and feces were taken from mouth, urethra, rat tail and anus every 5 to 7 days after inoculation, and EHF antigen and blood EHF antibody were detected by reverse indirect hemagglutination. Three weeks after the disappearance of the EHF antigen in the saliva, urine, blood and feces of the experimental mice, the heart, lung, liver, spleen, stomach, kidney, adrenal and brain tissues were dissected. Duplicate samples were taken to observe the infection of EHF virus And pathological changes.
