教师的教育生命在课堂,学生生命的充实与升华也在课堂。在对课堂教学实践的研究和反思中,我深深地体会到:完整意义上的课堂教学,应促进教师和学生这对“学习共同体”的共同发展。教师应该用数学的魅力去感召和熏陶学生,从而让数学课堂充满生机与活力,让老师乐教,学生乐学。因此,在数学课上,教师要有意识地设计让学生感兴趣的学习情境来调动学生的内驱力,不拘一格巧开学生智慧的大门,让数学课堂充满生机和活力。
