本文介绍微波振荡器稳频用介质谐振器的研制结果。在TiO_2—ZrO_2—SnO_2系统中利用相图分析法调试配方、用过渡性元素掺杂改性和采用复合介质补偿法控制温度系数制成的介质谐振器。在x波段实现了如下指标:介电常数ε=41±1;Q值高于5000;谐振频率温度系数在-0.5—+7.5PpM/C°范围内能任意控制;调节精度可达±0.5PPM/C°。文中给出实验数据和应用结果。
This article describes the development of microwave oscillator frequency stabilization dielectric resonator. In the TiO_2-ZrO_2-SnO_2 system, the phase diagram analysis method is used to debug the dielectric resonator, and the dielectric resonator is prepared by doping with the transitional element and controlling the temperature coefficient by using the compensation method of the composite medium. The following indexes are achieved in the x-band: the dielectric constant ε = 41 ± 1; the Q value is higher than 5000; the resonance frequency temperature coefficient can be arbitrarily controlled in the range of -0.5- + 7.5PpM / C °; the adjustment accuracy can reach ± 0.5PPM / C °. The experimental data and application results are given in this paper.
