以多孔层板气膜冷却结构为研究对象 ,针对不同结构的多孔层板平板试验件的气膜冷却特性 ,采用瞬态测试技术进行了试验研究。试验结果表明 ,此种冷却结构的冷却效果在一定范围内取决于开孔率。多孔层板内部对流换热比主流与试验板之间的对流换热要强烈得多
Taking the gas-film cooling structure of the porous laminates as the research object, the gas-film cooling characteristics of the porous laminae with different structures were tested by the transient test technique. The experimental results show that the cooling effect of this kind of cooling structure depends on the opening ratio within a certain range. The convective heat transfer inside the porous laminae is much stronger than that between the mainstream and the test plates
