目前我国的职业教育发展很快,针对职教的课改也一直在进行,但语文教学实践中表现为教学脱节的问题,影响着教学目标的落实。究其原因主要有职业学校的学生来源复杂、整体状况的参差不齐,教师对学生的情况分析了解的不够,职业学校在课程设置、教师配备缺乏。根据尽可能客观的测试标准,把学生分成不同的类别开展分层次教学,优化课程设置和教师配备可以使职业学校的语文教学更有针对性。达到职业学校学生的职业技能与人文素养相得益彰的教育效果。
At present, the development of vocational education in our country is very fast, and the curriculum reform for vocational education has been going on. However, the practice of teaching Chinese is manifested as the problem of teaching disengagement, which affects the implementation of teaching objectives. The main reasons are the complicated source of students in vocational schools, the unevenness of the overall situation, teachers ’inadequate understanding of the situation of students, the lack of teachers’ provision in vocational schools. According to the objective test standard as much as possible, the students are divided into different categories to carry out the teaching in different levels, and the optimization of curriculum and teachers’ equipping can make the language teaching in vocational schools more pertinence. To achieve vocational school students occupational skills and humanistic accomplishments complement each other’s educational effect.
