目前我国的职业教育发展很快,针对职教的课改也一直在进行,但语文教学实践中表现为教学脱节的问题,影响着教学目标的落实。究其原因主要有职业学校的学生来源复杂、整体状况的参差不齐,教师对学生的情况分析了解的不够,职业学校在课程设置、教师配备缺乏。根据尽可能客观的测试标准,把学生分成不同的类别开展分层次教学,优化课程设置和教师配备可以使职业学校的语文教学更有针对性。达到职业学校学生的职业技能与人文素养相得益彰的教育效果。 At present, the development of vocational education in our country is very fast, and the curriculum reform for vocational education has been going on.
