为了提高东风汽车发动机的可靠性与耐久性,对多种发动机不同材料的气门故障进行了分析。通过对发动机结构及装配工艺的分析和硬度、金相组织、宏观断口及扫描电镜等检测,鉴定了进气门杆上部断裂、排气门盘部烧蚀掉块、排气门与活塞打顶、排气门盘部烧缺口及气门堆焊层开裂等典型的失效故障,由此提出了在气门用材、制造工艺、装配与维修等方面的预防及改进措施。本文涉及4Cr9Si2、21-4N、23-8N及21-4N+W、Nb等气阀钢,可作为气门用材选择及失效分析的参考。
In order to improve the reliability and durability of Dongfeng Motor’s engines, valve failures of various engine materials were analyzed. Through the analysis of the engine structure and assembly process and hardness, microstructure, macroscopic fracture and scanning electron microscopy and other tests identified the upper intake valve stem fracture, exhaust valve disc ablation block, the exhaust valve and piston topping , The exhaust valve plate burned notch and valve surfacing layer cracking and other typical failure, which proposed in the valve material, manufacturing process, assembly and maintenance aspects of prevention and improvement measures. This article relates to 4Cr9Si2, 21-4N, 23-8N and 21-4N + W, Nb and other valve steel, can be used as valve material selection and failure analysis of the reference.
