本文对15例人主动脉脂点和脂纹病变的超微结构进行了观察。病变中细胞主要为增生的平滑肌细胞和泡沫细胞,其次为单核细胞和淋巴细胞.泡沫细胞来自平滑肌细胞和巨噬细胞,它们的超微结构特点有所不同。细胞内脂质在形态上可分为:胞质内游离脂滴、含脂溶酶体和位于光面内质网中者三种。文中对细胞内脂质的可能来源进行了讨论.
In this paper, 15 cases of human aortic fat spots and lipidosis lesions were observed. The main lesion cells were hyperplastic smooth muscle cells and foam cells, followed by monocytes and lymphocytes, while the foam cells were derived from smooth muscle cells and macrophages, and their ultrastructural features were different. Intracellular lipid morphology can be divided into: cytoplasmic free lipid droplets, containing liposomal lysosomes and located in the smooth endoplasmic reticulum in three. The possible sources of intracellular lipids are discussed.
