基于在HClO_4介质中,间苯二酚对Fe(Ⅲ)催化H_2O_2氧化罗丹明6G使其荧光猝灭的 抑制作用,建立了动力学荧光法测定痕量间苯二酚的新方法。线性范围为0.008~0.096 mg/L间苯二酚,方法检测限为5.9μg/L。用于测定合成样中间苯二酚的含量,结果令人满意。
Based on the inhibitory effect of resorcinol on the fluorescence quenching of H_2O_2 by rhodamine 6G catalyzed by Fe (Ⅲ) in HClO_4 medium, a new method for the determination of trace resorcin by kinetic fluorimetry was established. The linear range was 0.008 ~ 0.096 mg / L resorcinol, the detection limit was 5.9 μg / L. For the determination of resorcinol content of synthetic samples, the results are satisfactory.
