该研究的目的旨在观察补充低剂量锌2周对绝经期妇女血浆雌激素和黄体酮水平的影响。32名自然绝经的患者平均分成4组。第一组:对照组,不接受任何处理。第二组:补充硫酸锌15mg/d持续2周。第三组:给予激素替代疗法(雌激素0.625 mg+醋酸安宫黄体酮5 mg/d)2周。第四组:给予激素替代疗法(雌激素0.625 mg+醋酸安宫黄体酮5 mg/d)和硫酸锌(15 mg/d)2周。分别于试验开始时及试验第四周末收集每例患者血样,测定雌激素和黄体酮的水平。采用方差分析进行数据统计学分析,P<0.05为有统计学意义。第一、二组之间雌激素和黄体酮水平没有明显的差别。第三、四组较第一、二组雌激素和黄体酮水平增高(P<0.05)。第三、四组雌激素和黄体酮水平没有差异。研究结果表明,给绝经后妇女补充低剂量锌2周对雌激素和黄体酮的水平没有明显的影响。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low-dose zinc supplementation for 2 weeks on plasma estrogen and progesterone levels in postmenopausal women. 32 patients with natural menopause were divided into four groups. The first group: control group, do not accept any treatment. The second group: Supplementary zinc sulfate 15mg / d for 2 weeks. Group 3: Hormone replacement therapy (estrogen 0.625 mg + medroxyprogesterone acetate 5 mg / d) for 2 weeks. Group 4: Hormone replacement therapy (estrogen 0.625 mg + medroxyprogesterone acetate 5 mg / d) and zinc sulphate (15 mg / d) for 2 weeks. Blood samples of each patient were collected at the beginning of the experiment and at the end of the fourth week of the experiment to determine the levels of estrogen and progesterone. Analysis of variance using statistical analysis, P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the two groups in estrogen and progesterone levels. The third and fourth groups were higher than the first and second groups estrogen and progesterone levels (P <0.05). Third, four groups of estrogen and progesterone levels did not differ. The results showed that postmenopausal women with low-dose zinc supplementation for 2 weeks had no significant effect on estrogen and progesterone levels.
