研究了应用超声雾化器和电感耦合等离子体测定矿物中稀土元素。此法改善了检测限,稀土元素检测限达到0.01—1ug/mL。此法具有很好的分析性能,测定的相对标准偏差在2.5—8.5％。
The determination of rare earth elements in minerals by ultrasonic atomizer and inductively coupled plasma was studied. This method to improve the detection limit, detection limit of rare earth elements 0.01-1ug / mL.
