针对地铁车站采用水冷机组空调形式时存在的冷却塔布置困难及运营能耗大且经济性差等问题,提出了将毛细管网敷设于地铁隧道围岩内作为地源热泵系统前端换热器的空调系统形式。对毛细管壁面换热器的传热特性进行了模拟分析,并与普通空调系统进行了经济性对比分析。结果表明,毛细管壁面换热器有较好的换热性能,且在经济性方面有明显优势。
Aiming at the problems such as difficulty of cooling tower arrangement, large operating energy consumption and poor economy in the metro station adopting air-conditioning unit of water-cooled unit, the air conditioning system with capillary network laid in the surrounding rock of metro tunnel is proposed as the front heat exchanger of ground source heat pump system form. The heat transfer characteristics of the capillary wall heat exchanger were simulated and compared with the ordinary air conditioning system for economic comparative analysis. The results show that the capillary wall heat exchanger has good heat transfer performance, and has obvious advantages in economy.
