利用一阶导数和三阶导数稳频技术,成功地将AlGaAs半导体激光的频率锁定到H_2O分子的泛频吸收谱线上。测得1秒和10秒取样时间的频率稳定度分别为1.5×10~(-10)和4.0×10~(-11)。
The first-order derivative and the third-order derivative frequency-stabilized technique were used to successfully lock the frequency of AlGaAs semiconductor lasers to the HIF absorption line. The measured frequency stability of sampling time of 1 second and 10 seconds were 1.5 × 10 ~ (-10) and 4.0 × 10 ~ (-11), respectively.
