通过对我国地勘单位野外作业人员的安全培训现状的研究,本文将危险体验式教育法应用于野外作业人员的安全培训当中,从人本主义学习理论、成人学习理论和实施的可操作性等方面论述了这种培训方法的可行性,危险体验式教育法能有效地将“视、听、做”等多元思维和人员的行动结合起来,让受训学员能直接地感受到事故发生时给人们带来的严重后果,对预防事故发生有一定积极作用。
