在一台采用紧凑型水冷旋风分离器的循环流化床锅炉上进行以石油焦为燃料的锅炉热力性能试验,分析了温度、汽水流量、烟气污染物排放、灰渣含碳量等多个参数。结果表明,锅炉以石油焦为燃料,添加石灰石脱硫,在实际运行负荷下锅炉热效率为93.77%;炉内密相区温度分布均匀;床温、分离器入口温度、排烟温度和回料腿温度等各温度稳定;主蒸汽流量、给水流量、减温水流量等汽水流量波动小;烟气污染物均可控制在较低水平。这对我国燃用石油焦循环流化床锅炉的设计和运行工作有一定借鉴意义。
In a circulating fluidized bed boiler with a compact water-cooled cyclone separator, the thermal performance of a boiler with petroleum coke as a fuel source was tested. The effects of temperature, steam flow, flue gas pollutant emissions, parameter. The results show that the boiler uses petroleum coke as fuel and limestone is added for desulfurization. The boiler thermal efficiency is 93.77% under the actual operating load. The temperature distribution in the dense phase of the furnace is uniform. This is a reference to the design and operation of China’s petroleum coke-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler.
