中小企业上创业板成为今年企业最热门的话题，几乎国内所有的企业老板在今年内都将“创业板”列入了企业本年度的议事日程。然而中小企业究竟如何上创业板，哪些企业符合上创业板的条件，上创业板对于企业来讲，或者说对于目前中国经济环境下的企业来说究竟是福是祸？由首都经济改革发展研究会，北京天地纵横信息中心及《当代经理人》共同发起的关于《创业板，是福是祸》经济研讨会，邀请了国内著名专家及企业家就此问题进行了深入而热烈的讨论，本刊将在本期和下期将讨论内容择要刊登，以供广大经理人朋友借鉴。
