利用透射电子显微镜,研究了GH169合金中γ"相的粗化长大行为,并用体扩散控制长大的LSW理论进行对比分析。结果表明,γ"相的粗化行为符合LSW理论,LSW理论可用来解释γ"相扩散控制的长大过程;然而高密度弥散析出有较大错配度的γ"相所具有的特殊性又决定了其颗粒大小的分布偏离了LSW理论。
Transmission electron microscopy was used to study the coarsening behavior of γ “phase in GH169 alloy, and the LSW theory of bulk diffusion was used for comparative analysis. The results show that the coarsening behavior of γ” phase is in accordance with LSW theory and LSW theory is available To explain the growth process of γ “phase diffusion control; however, the particularity of γ” phase with high miscibility of high-density dispersion decides that the particle size distribution deviates from LSW theory.
