本仪器是由X、Y直线坐标和X'回转坐标组成的三坐标测量系统。仪器采用坐标测量法,自动地测量回转类机器零件内外表面的直径、球半径、台阶长、锥度、复杂函数曲线以及圆度、直线度、同轴度等几何形状误差。本仪器的测量方法可以自动地修正机器零件的安装误差,按定义准确地求出各项几何形状误差,因此可以用精密三爪卡盘快速装卡零件,一次完成机器零件全部几何参量的测量
The instrument is a coordinate measuring system consisting of X, Y linear coordinates and X ’rotary coordinates. The instrument uses the coordinate measuring method to automatically measure the inner and outer surface diameter, ball radius, step length, taper, complicated function curve and geometric error such as roundness, straightness and concentricity of rotary machine parts. The measuring method of the instrument can automatically correct the installation error of the machine parts and accurately calculate the geometric errors according to the definition. Therefore, the precise three-jaw chuck can be used to quickly load the parts and complete the measurement of all the geometric parameters of the machine parts at one time
