非晶态材料(Amorphous)是由熔融的金属流牵引在高速旋转的滚轮上急冷成薄带或丝料。它制备过程简单、快速、省能源。非晶态材料是国际上70年代才出现的新型材料。它在半导体、金属电阻、弹性、超声、磁性及金属结构等材料方面有着广泛的用途。非晶态材料中最引人注目的是非晶硅太阳能电池及低铁损电工钢。在能源问题日趋严重的形势下,非晶态材料的开发与应用有着重大意义。
Amorphous materials are quenched into thin strips or strands by a molten metal stream on high-speed rotating rollers. It is simple, rapid and energy saving. Amorphous material is a new material appeared in the 70’s in the world. It has a wide range of uses in materials such as semiconductors, metal resistors, flexible, ultrasound, magnetic and metal structures. Amorphous materials, the most notable is the amorphous silicon solar cells and low-loss electrical steel. In the increasingly serious energy situation, the development and application of amorphous materials is of great significance.
