本文在分析了工程机械故障诊断的特点和多传感器信息融合技术的基础上,总结了适合于故障诊断的信息融合的典型结构以及基于信息融合的故障诊断系统结构。该结构在工程机械故障诊断系统中具有普遍意义,实用性强,可以推广到类似工程机械等大型复杂系统的故障监测与诊断系统中。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of fault diagnosis of construction machinery and the multi-sensor information fusion technology, this paper summarizes the typical structure of information fusion suitable for fault diagnosis and the structure of fault diagnosis system based on information fusion. The structure is of general significance in engineering machinery fault diagnosis system and has strong practicability and can be applied to the fault monitoring and diagnosis system of large and complex systems such as construction machinery.
