为了迅速改变上海市结防战线专业人员青黄不接的现状,以利结核病防治工作的开展,上海市结防战线在市卫生局领导下,采用短期、中期培训方法,培养出一批业务骨干。两年来为四个市结防院,20个区、县结防所及基层街道医院、企业职工医院等共99个单位培训人员440名。我们认为,专业培训首先要针对不同对象,因人施教。参加培训的人员在文化水平、业务能力、实践时间等方面差异很大。通过考核,根据不同对象编班,以确定其内
In order to rapidly change the current status quo of Shanghai’s border defense professionals and promote the prevention and control of tuberculosis, the Shanghai Municipal Frontier Defense and Anti-front Line under the leadership of the Municipal Health Bureau adopted a short-term and medium-term training method to cultivate a batch of business backbone.
