煤矿竖井注浆钻孔的孔口管承受较大的注浆压力,要求不漏浆,不泄压。特别是地下水大量涌出,或钻进中突然遇到高压水的钻孔,埋设好钻孔孔口管,是钻孔注浆效果好坏的一个关键问题。第一期施工的六个注浆孔用混凝土预埋孔口管的方法,工时长,费用大,在施工第二期六个钻孔时我们采用了自己设计、自行加工的“双层压缩孔口管”,取代用混凝土预埋的方法,获得成功。承受注浆压力200kg/cm~2时不漏浆,不泄压,完全满足了注浆工艺的要求。这种孔口管不但效果好,而且结构简单,加工容易。

The method of pre-embedded perforated pipes for the six injection holes used in the first phase of the construction is long and costly. In the second phase of the construction, six holes were drilled, and we used a self-designed, self-manufactured “double-layer compression hole”. The mouth tube" has succeeded in replacing the method of embedding in concrete. When the grouting pressure is 200kg/cm~2, it does not leak the slurry and does not release pressure, which fully meets the requirements of the grouting process. This kind of orifice tube is not only effective but also simple in structure and easy to process.
