本文以模拟底吹氩、顶吹氧加铝化学升温的180tCAS-OB钢包(CompositionAdjustmentsbySealedargonbubblingwithOxygenBlowing)实验室模型为对象,建立了描述熔池温度动态分布的数学模型.考察了升温过程中熔池的升温规律及操作参数对传热过程的影响.本工作为现场操作和优化工艺提供依据.
In this paper, a mathematic model describing the dynamic distribution of bath temperature was established for a laboratory model of 180 t CAS-OB ladle with bottom blowing argon and top blowing oxygen plus chemical heating. The influence of the heating rules of the molten pool and the operating parameters on the heat transfer process was investigated. This work provides the basis for on-site operation and process optimization.
