目的阐明清洁型焦化厂生产过程中可能产生的毒物危害,探讨相应的防护对策。方法在对青海省某清洁型焦化厂职业卫生现况调查的基础上,识别出主要毒物危害因素并进行检测,结合体检结果及该企业采取的职业病防护措施,对该厂毒物危害现况进行分析,找出存在问题,提出对策。结果清洁型焦化厂产生的主要毒物为焦炉逸散物、苯、一氧化碳、氨等,部分场所毒物浓度超标。工艺改造后样品合格率较之前的58%上升到94%,但苯及其化合物、焦炉逸散物、一氧化碳、氨4个毒物浓度仍超过国家职业接触限值的要求。结论该厂防毒措施取得了一定的效果,但仍存在一些职业卫生问题,需进一步改进。
Objective To clarify the hazards that may occur in the production process of clean coking plant, and to explore the appropriate countermeasures. Methods Based on the investigation of the occupational health status of a clean coking plant in Qinghai Province, the main toxicities were identified and tested. Combined with the results of the medical examination and occupational disease protection measures taken by the enterprise, the current hazardous situation of the toxicants in the factory was analyzed , Find out the existing problems and put forward countermeasures. Results The main poison produced by the clean coking plant was coke oven fugitives, benzene, carbon monoxide, ammonia, etc., and the poison concentration in some places exceeded the standard. After the process of transformation, the passing rate of samples increased to 94% from the previous 58%, but the concentration of benzene and its compounds, coke oven emissions, carbon monoxide and ammonia still exceeded the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The anti-virus measures of the plant have achieved some results, but there are still some occupational health problems that need to be further improved.
