本文对影响轴承零件组织与硬度不均匀的原因之一的炭化物带状进行试验与分析.就GCr15轴承钢的原始状态、不同淬火温度、是否回火、试样磨制、试样浸蚀程度等对炭化物带状的影响进行了试验,并对影响带的黑白度、过剩炭化物的因素进行了分析,而评定炭化物带状的依据应根据带的浓度差(黑白度、炭化物颗粒大小和聚集程度)结合带的宽度和条数来评定.
