我厂仪表組全体同志在总路线的鼓舞下,以04-410流量控制器改装双訊号控制器获得成功,茲将改装情况簡介如下。双訊号控制又称复合控制,在生产控制过程中,有两个相关参数,这两个参数从生产操作观点来看是相互矛盾的,为了缓和矛盾,采用副参数来适当的自动調节主参数,这样可使二个参数均能相应得到稳定。我們在04型控制器內增加一个风箱,作副訊号的变訊用,将原有山型联接槓桿剪短,另增加横桿3,上边打有四个小孔作調节用,横桿上另有联桿接至山型槓桿上(见图)。当副訊号不变时,則以一定风压控制,如副訊号变大,来风加大,則槓桿以A为支点,横桿向上运动,出风减少,流量加大,横桿就以B为支点向下运动,这样就可以便副訊号自动調节主訊号,代替了人工拨动控制点。
