作品简介:本案业主为企业高管,五口之家。户型面积为228平方米,业主喜好中式,但要求空间不能太传统,希望有国际范。本案原户型存在几个缺点:主卧衣帽间入口正对床,且利用率不高,需调整;厨房入口侧边柜体不建议做成倒角,入口处会显得拥挤;保姆卫生间,该区域由于没有降板,无法做同层排水,排污有问题,建议取消,可考虑成储藏空间。保姆一般的洗漱可考虑在洗衣台的位置,淋浴及入厕可在客卫解决。
